Two  private River Camps right on the bank of the Breede River, one with HUTS and the other for CAMPING. Each with it’s own facilities. Pay according to the size of the group but still enjoy EXCLUSIVE use of your River Camp !!

At the HUTCAMP you can book one HUT or up to six HUTS ! Maximum 12 adults and 12 children allowed. At the CAMPGROUND you can pay for 1 – 5 camping guests or up to 30 guests camping. Maximum 10 camping trailers or caravans allowed.

Each River Camp with it’s own thatched lapa / kitchen area with indoor braai, fridge, freezer, microwave, electrical kettle and induction plate. At the HUTCAMP cutlery, crockery and glasses are provided as well. At the CAMPGROUND please bring all of your own. Situated on a working farm we offer a relaxed country experience with lots of fresh air and lots of fun at the campfire. Lots of old trees provide ample shade in summer time. Kayaks on the river, trampoline, volley ball court, photo or bird walks on the farm, hiking the Toktokkie footpath up the koppie or biking and running in the area will keep you busy for a while. For the fishermen, yes we have black bass and carp in the river !
Salads or dishes service can be booked before arrival, so that you can have more time for fun once you are here ! On Saturday mornings at 8h00 you can do the Park Run at Weltevrede Wine Estate just outside Bonnievale and enjoy eats or coffee at Kapokbos afterwards, also on the Weltevrede Wine Estate.

The River Camps are ideal for families, friends, corporate groups, church groups, tour groups or adventure groups. We do not allow bachelor, nudist groups or youth groups at the camps.
